How soon can we expect to receive our orders once payment has been made?
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received, but applicable only for payments received from Mondays to Thursdays before 7pm (Time Zone: GMT +08:00). Payments made on Fridays, Weekends and public holidays will only be shipped on the next working day. We are happy to provide both local and international shipping!

What is the cost for shipping within Malaysia?

We provide FREE PosLaju shipping to all orders above RM35 within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. You will receive tracking numbers via email once your item(s) are posted.

What are the international shipping costs and methods?

Here at SU-ESTILO.COM, we ship worldwide. All international orders are shipped using either Malaysian Registered Mail or PosLaju. Malaysian Registered Mail is a postal service that will take 2-3 weeks and will require signature upon delivery. PosLaju is Malaysia's Express Mail Service and is next day delivery. Signature will also be required. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:

Do you accept returns?

At SU-ESTILO.COM, we want you to be happy shoppers! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED for store credit only. You must send us an email prior to sending the item(s) back to us as we reserve the right to reject any unnotified returns.

Returns must reach us within 7 days of receiving your order. There is a restocking fee of 5% for all items returned. For example, if you return a dress you purchased for RM100, you will receive a store credit coupon worth RM95. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us.
